December 22, 2009 Transitional Housing Holiday Party

On Tuesday, December 22, 2009 Nazareth Housing staff hosted our Annual Christmas Holiday Dinner. While a more modest size than our Dec. 5 event, the laughter and joy which emanated from the children who received gifts from Santa was huge! Our thanks to We Are Change for bringing Santa and the Elves and their goodies. Special thanks to the Ann M. Martin Foundation, the Real Estate Board of New York (R.E.B.N.Y.), Random House and all other gift donors who generously made it possible for our kids to have holiday presents! Special Thanks to our Board Member Jimmy Ryan for helping to underwrite the cost of the food and drink and to The Waldorf-Astoria which donated holiday cakes and treats and its HRA Housekeeping Staff for their generous donation. Thanks as well go out to the volunteers from NY Cares who provided craft activities for the children.
